We recently stayed with our children. We’ve been to Pigeon Forge many times but was our first time staying here. We love the restaurant next door so we loved the proximity. The hotel lot was extremely full and we barely found a spot to park. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. And the overall cleanliness was not there. Everything was just dirty. Bathroom was tiny and almost could not shut door while in the bathroom. Everything was extremely dated. Pictures make it seem a lot better than it is. I’m glad we only stayed for one night.

Room was awesome! Super clean and fresh. I love that there is no carpet in the guest rooms. It makes it soooo much cleaner. The shower update was a nice touch too. Cookies were available at check in and breakfast was available in the morning. The only two suggestions I would have, if the hotel staff reads these is to add hot chocolate packets beside the tea packets for those of us who want a hot drink but don’t drink tea or coffee and the other is to up the game on a sweet offering at breakfast. Super quiet and great convenient location. Fire pits are a really nice touch.

The Lodge at Five Oaks in my opinion is the best place to stay in the Smokey Mts. It is so convenient too everything. There are good restaurants very close by, and shopping right next door. But, the best part of staying there is the kindness of the folks that work there. They are so happy you came, and they want to make sure everything is great. The rooms are beautiful, and they are super clean. Some places you stay don't smell good, but this place does. I was just there with my sister celebrating my 60th birthday, and it was wonderful. We were there on September 21-Sept 23, 2023. You will not be disappointed if you stay there. I promise you that. My husband and I have also stayed there many times, and I found it to be just as wonderful this time. I don't plan on staying anywhere else when I visit the Smokies. Thank you Five Oaks for being a really great place to stay.

This has to be a 5 in just about everything you can think of except for the toilet itself....not tall enough, lol. I can only say for my room, there is the standard height toilet of around 15 inches instead of 17 inches. Doesn't sound like much but the older you get you will understand. This place has been remodeled and done well.

They did well on their marketing photos because I thought this place was a low key location off the main drag with less rooms. In the end is a Hilton with oak logs slapped on the outside of it. Don't get me wrong, it is a nice clean place but for the prices, it advertised itself to be a little more rural than it was.

My wife and I stayed here for our 21st anniversary, and it was very enjoyable. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We got the King room with fireplace and were not disappointed.

This hotel was very clean, and the staff was pleasant and attentative. The ambience is great…fireplaces, firepits, and rustic decor. It’s also a great value and great location. We will be back.

Clean and quiet we loved the hard surface floors. Beds slept great Rooms nice size and well supplied Breakfast was simple but adequate and good Parking was spacious Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice Staff were exceptionally nice
